We love weddings! Wedding a la Beautiful is here to make your special day truly memorable. Beyond the outstanding quality of our products, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service. We are with you every step of the way — from helping you select the perfect package, through delivery and set-up, to shipping things back to us.

We’re here to help walk you through the process of matching your vision for your special day with one of our themed collections. You can choose from one of our three popular packages, or a la carte from our product menu. Contact us to walk you through, or you can easily click and cruise on your own to create an awe-inspiring venue.

MAKE YOUR PAYMENT

Once we receive your order, we’ll send you an email confirming the details, shipping address, confirmation of delivery times and return dates. A 50% refundable deposit is required at the time of order. The balance is charged 30 days prior to your event. If ordering less than 30 days, the full amount will be charged at time of order. In case of cancellation, a full refund can be obtained before shipping.

RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCTS

Your décor is guaranteed to arrive at least 2 days prior to your event. Transform your venue by simply unpacking and placing the decorations where you choose. Very little assembly is required. We send you a short video with tips and tricks to assist you in the process.

We hope your wedding day is just the beginning of an a la Beautiful life! We don’t take the trust you have in us to provide stunning florals and decorations lightly. Thank you so much for giving us the privilege to be a part of your special day, one we hope is amongst the best ever.

RETURN THE PRODUCTS

Within 2 days of your event, send everything back to us using our no hassle system. Simply put the flowers and decorations back in the boxes they were shipped with the same packing material, seal, and affix the free pre-paid label sent for return. Drop off the packages at your local FedEx location or call 1-800-GO-FEDEX to schedule a pick-up. We’ll email you tracking updates as the packages make their way back to us.
